How do we achieve Quality
in our operations, in practical terms?
We perform a thorough analysis
of our Business Process and break that process into
a chain of activities and sub-activities.
For the activities under our
direct supervision, we get to this level of understanding
of Quality, by training our collaborators in work procedures
and by constantly improving on these procedures.
For the other outsourced activities, we monitor and control
our contractor’s work procedures and try to improve
on them where necessary.
In operating this way, and
by keeping things simple, we save time and money, reduce costs
and eliminate waste. This satisfies all stakeholders in our
trade: Suppliers, Contractors, Employees and Customers.

Quality is embedded in our daily work. It is the way we conduct
our business ..and it shows in our service to customers and
in our products.
